The Bengal cat is the result of the breeding of a domestic cat to and
Asian Leopard cat. The ALC is a small wild cat with spots like a
Leopard, but not related. A variety of domestic cats have been used in
the making of a Bengal. Egyptian Mau, Abbysinian, and the Ocicat are
some of the types of breeds used. Bengals come in different
patterns. They are spots, rosettes, marbles, and snow. The colors will
range depending on the color of the combinations used in breeding.
